Planning

During the Planning Phase the Project Plan is created including communication strategy, milestones, scope limits, budget and resource allocation, quality and risk assessment. 

Execution

During this Phase, thinking becomes action where we take all necessary steps to ensure that tasks are completed as planned within agreed timeframes and cost.

Controlling

The Monitoring and Controlling Phase is about assessing and acting on the things that have been done.  This Phase runs simultaneously with the Project Execution Phase.
